Generated.
Directed.

AI film production in India: generative video directed like any other film. The models replace the crane, the location and the unit. They do not replace direction, which is why ours do not look generated.

What an AI film is.
When to use one.

An AI film is produced using generative video models for some or all of its shots, directed to a conventional script, storyboard and edit. It is strongest where live action is expensive or impossible: impossible camera moves, period or fantasy settings, product-in-context shots across many variants, concept testing before a shoot, and high-volume social cutdowns.

It is weakest where a specific real person, a real location or a legally documented product claim must be shown. We treat it as a production technique inside a normal creative process, not a substitute for direction.

Directed.
Not stitched.

AI video looks cheap when nobody directs it. The failure mode is generating clips and stitching them. These are the constraints we work inside, and the ones we will hold you to as well.

Rule

Direction first

A script, a shot list and a locked look before a single frame is generated. Generation is a camera, not an idea.

Rule

Reference discipline

Locked character and product references, controlled seeds, continuity rules. This is what stops the drift that makes AI work look amateur.

Rule

Real assets where it counts

Packs, logos and anything carrying a claim are composited from real artwork and photography, not generated.

Rule

Post is not optional

Edit rhythm, grade and sound design are where a generated sequence stops looking generated.

Rule

Disclosure & consent

No real person without consent. No unsubstantiated claim on screen. Disclosure wherever the platform or regulator asks for it.

When we will tell you
to hire a camera.

We make more money from a shoot than from a generation run, and we will still say this: some films need a camera.

Person

A real person

Founders, employees, named talent, customers. Anyone identifiable needs to be filmed, with a release.

Place

A real place

Your plant, your store, your farm. If provenance is the point, provenance has to be photographed.

Claim

A hard claim

Anything a regulator could ask you to substantiate belongs on real footage with real documentation.

Texture

Texture that matters

Food hero shots where the pour, the steam and the crumb carry the appetite appeal. Shoot it.

AI film,
answered honestly.

What is an AI film?

An AI film is produced using generative video models for some or all of its shots, directed to a conventional script, storyboard and edit. The models replace the camera and, sometimes, the location and the unit. They do not replace direction, casting judgement, pacing or sound.

In practice most of our AI work is hybrid: live-action where a real person or product has to be seen, generative for everything that would otherwise need a set, a crane or a country.

When should a brand use AI video instead of a shoot?

Use it when the shot is expensive or impossible: impossible camera moves, period or fantasy settings, aerials, seasons you cannot wait for, and environments that would need a permit and a plane.

Use it when you need volume: the same idea in fifteen variants for testing, or a month of social cutdowns from one concept. Use it to prototype: generate the key frames before committing to a shoot day.

Do not use it when a specific real person, a real location or a substantiated product claim must be on screen.

Does AI video look cheap?

It looks cheap when nobody directs it. The failure mode is generating clips and stitching them: inconsistent light, drifting faces, no edit rhythm.

We treat generation as a camera: locked art direction, a shot list, continuity rules for character and product, then a real edit, grade and sound design over the top. The grade and the sound are what make it read as a film.

How do you keep the product and characters consistent?

Character and product consistency comes from reference discipline: locked reference frames, a defined look, seed and prompt control, and a rule that the product itself is composited from real assets rather than generated whenever it carries a claim or a pack design.

For brands we already package or shoot, we have the real artwork and photography to composite against, which is a large part of why our AI work holds up.

Is AI-generated advertising legal and safe to run?

With discipline, yes. We keep three rules: never depict a real, identifiable person without consent; never let a generated frame carry a product claim that has not been substantiated; and disclose synthetic content where the platform, the category or the regulator requires it.

Within those limits it is simply a faster, cheaper camera. We will flag in writing where a shot needs a release, a substantiation document or a disclosure.

What does an AI film cost?

Materially less than the equivalent live action, but not free: the cost moves from crew and location to direction, art direction, generation time and post.

A social-first AI film usually lands well below a comparable shoot; a hero brand film with hybrid live action sits between the two. Tell us the requirement. We come back with the idea and quote both routes side by side, so you can see the trade.
